During the Phase 1 detox stage, a client will experience an almost immediate change to their bodies, with a noticeably healthier presentation after one week. Weight starts to come back where there was once a gaunt appearance, and there is instead now hope back in their eyes and a spring in their step. However, it doesn’t take long for the weight added on to become unhealthy without exercise, and outdoor equipment would be a great way to combat this.
We don’t champion full gym routines at this stage in a client’s programme, as detox greatly affects the body. However, simple outdoor machines using a client’s own weight and no additional weight, can be tremendously beneficial to them at this stage. Our Phase 1 site at Wharncliffe Road, Loughborough has limited indoor space, and our clients use some of the outdoor space for exercise.
