As our services continue to grow, we are currently looking to lease additional properties to support individuals on their recovery journey. Safe, stable accommodation plays a vital role in helping the people we work with rebuild their lives, and we are keen to connect with landlords or property owners who may be able to partner with us.
We are ideally seeking two to three properties in Loughborough or the surrounding areas within the Charnwood boundary, and we are hoping to progress arrangements in the near future. Properties with 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms would be most suitable for our needs, although we would also be happy to consider larger properties with 8 to 12 bedrooms where appropriate licensing is already in place.
Working with The Carpenter’s Arms offers landlords the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their community while benefiting from a reliable, established organisational tenant. We are experienced in managing supported accommodation and are happy to discuss flexible leasing arrangements to suit individual circumstances.
If you are able to help in any way, please contact Scott Wheatley, Chief Operating Officer at The Carpenter’s Arms, T: 07729 462906, or email scott.wheatley@carpenters-arms.org.
